We currently only ship to Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom. we are looking forward to offering international shipping shortly! Flat Rate or FREE Shipping is available in Canada!
You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped. We are not responsible for any delays during transit. Please contact the mail carrier for any questions or concerns regarding any delays.
If you are making an international order to the USA or UK, please ensure that you’ve filled in your proper address. Please note that we are not liable for custom clearance fees in your country and holding times of packages by customs in your country. This is unfortunately out of our control.
Please do not reject/refuse a delivery due to customs fees. If you choose to reject/refuse delivery due to customs fees, there will be a return fee deducted from your refund to cover return shipping due to your refusal.

Returns & Exchanges
Please note that as all items are made to order, we currently cannot accept returns.
If your package is lost in transit, we will sort it out and you will not be left without either a replacement or a refund. However, we cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery has been obtained.
NNEKA The Brand assumes no responsibility for lost orders due to:
- Wrong address provided by the customer (including typos or auto-correct errors)
- Customer change of address / residence
- Theft after delivery
- Package being rejected upon delivery (by doorman or other)
